Absorbing Civil Complexity
Detailed engineering narrative covering execution conditions, trade coordination, and regulatory compliance under compressed site constraints.
Two Parking Areas. One Complete Pavement Reset.
At the NOAA / National Weather Service — National Hurricane Center project, Brightway executed a complete milling-and-resurfacing program across two parking areas totaling 23,080 square feet. Existing asphalt was milled one inch, removed and hauled away before tack coat, Type S-III hot mix asphalt and final rolling and compaction.
The project did not end when the asphalt was placed. Brightway restored the visual and functional parking layout with parking lines, directional arrows, handicap markings and access aisles — a strong proof point for both Pavement and Markings, Signage & ADA.
