One Civil Scope From the Main Connection to the Finished Street

At 637 SW 10th Street, Brightway executed a multi-discipline civil package connecting building services to public infrastructure and restoring the surfaces affected by the work. The scope included domestic water services, fire line and hydrant work, a sewer lateral, replacement of an existing water-main segment, trench restoration, roadway milling and resurfacing, sidewalk, valley gutter and curb work.

This project is one of the clearest examples of Brightway's integrated delivery model. Underground utility work did not stop at the pipe. The scope continued through public-work concrete, pavement restoration, traffic-control coordination and testing required to return the site and right-of-way to service.

The scope also included a 15-day MOT setup using barricades, signs and cones, together with survey/as-builts, density testing, bacteriological testing and backflow certification — strong proof for Underground Utilities, Public ROW, Site Concrete, Pavement and MOT within a single execution story.
